🎥 Step 2: Record Your Screen Walkthrough (Optional)

After sending your answers, please record a walkthrough video of the process. You’ll be walking us through the same steps you wrote about, but showing your screen while explaining it.

Use any screen recording tool you like (Zoom, Loom, Fathom, etc.). Just be sure to record your screen with audio, and upload the video as a shareable link (Loom, Google Drive, Dropbox, Zoom Cloud, etc.).

NOTE: This section is optional, but completing it will give us a clearer understanding of your process and allow us to provide a more detailed visual response.

In the video, please say and show:

  • The name and purpose of the process 

  • The systems or tools you use (show each one clearly) 

  • Each step, in real time, as you perform it 

  • How you move data between systems (copy/paste, download/upload, API, etc.) 

  • Any manual tasks, checks, or approvals you do 

  • Any pain points or time-consuming steps 

  • When the process is considered finished
